Study of Lower Backache

Abstract
|
|
|
It is well known that lower backache has originated from many source with bone and joint, soft tissue around the Iower back includs of reflecting pain. Araising from local or generalized pain of viseral organ.
The author have analysed of 128 patients who were admitted and operated in Department of Neurosurgery, National Medical Center and results were as follows:
1) Prevalents age group in male was 2029 and 30-39 and in female was 20?29
and 4049.
2) Required for arrival in clinic was mostly 1 year and next was 3?6 months.
3) Comparing with plain X-ray and myelography revealed in prominent of
myelography, positive finding was 26 cases in plain X-ray study and 58 cases
in myelography.
